Returns and Refunds

Oaktale offers a 14-day return policy for items purchased through our website, unless otherwise stated on your order. You must notify us of your intent to return within 14 days of receiving your order, and the product must reach us within 14 days of your notification.

Condition of Returned Items
Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received. If the item is used or damaged beyond what is necessary to evaluate it, a partial or no refund may be issued, depending on the condition. Oaktale reserves the right to evaluate the returned product.
